At the dawn of the 20th century, China becomes the center of a deadly race for power. Cursed for generations, Japan's Aoi family believes the only way to break their fate is to control the legendary Luban Axe, an ancient artifact said to command a hidden mechanical civilization.Leading a ruthless gang, Aoi travels to China in search of the axe, unaware it lies deep underground, protected by the Descendants of the Five Dragons. Beneath the earth, a vast City of Robots awakens after centuries of silence.When local youths are forced into the tomb, they are trapped inside the underground city as machines and lethal traps awaken. Battles erupt as the struggle for Luban Axe decides the city's fate.
