Forbidden Blossom: Enemy's Heiress, My Heartbeat (2025)

줄거리 English

On his birthday banquet, he witnessed his father being murdered before his very eyes, yet he fell in love with the daughter of his father's killer. How should he, a man with a tumultuous life, face this reality... It was his birthday celebration. Just as he raised his glass to propose a toast, his enemies stormed in with guns, killing everyone at the banquet. His father handed him the inheritance pendant necklace, then took up a gun himself to hold off the enemies, buying more time for his son to escape. The son watched as his father was killed by the enemies, and he swore to avenge his father's death. After fleeing to a safe place, he encountered a young girl, who was actually the daughter of his enemy. Shortly after, the enemies caught up, and the girl helped him escape through a window, giving him a bracelet as a token. At the same time, he memorized the phoenix pattern on her shoulder so he could find her when he grew up. Twenty years later, he completed his revenge, killing all of his enemies-except for her. Years ago, his family had a rule: never harm children or women. But his hatred for his enemies had reached its peak, so he decided to break the rule and kill this woman. Just as he raised his gun, his adoptive father intervened, stopping him and insisting that the two marry. Reluctantly, he agreed, though in his heart, he loved only the girl he had met in his childhood, Mary. Little did he know that his fiancée was the very person he had been searching for. Gradually, he discovered her true identity. Overwhelmed with anguish, he realized he had fallen in love with the daughter of his father's murderer. Tormented by his love for her, he decided to let her push him off a building as a way to atone for his sins.
