Kajal, a Dom-caste woman escaping an abusive marriage, and Aankhi, a newly widowed Brahmin woman, who meet in a widows' shelter and slowly form an unexpected bond. Drawn together by loneliness, trauma, and their shared struggle against rigid social structures, the two women discover a deep emotional connection that gradually blossoms into love. Their relationship becomes an act of defiance against entrenched caste hierarchies, widowhood restrictions, and prejudice toward queer relationships. As they fight for dignity and the right to exist on their own terms, their journey exposes the harshness of societal judgment while illuminating their quiet resilience and hope.
