As Vivek tends to the villagers, he senses something sinister lurking beneath the surface. With every patient he treats, disturbing clues emerge, drawing him deeper into a dangerous web of crime and deception. Amidst the turmoil, he finds solace in Natasha, an orphan, and her family. But as Vivek inches closer to the truth, the stakes rise, and the enemy closes in. In the end he finds the culprits and kills Nanji and have a happy ending.
